What will your day look like?

The schedule base on full day on Tuesday to Friday

08.00 – 09.30 Pranayama and Meditation

09.30 – 10.00 Energy shakes

10.00 – 12.00 Hatha Yoga and relaxation

12.00 – 14.30 Lunch and break

14.30 – 16.00 Q&A, Yoga Philosophy

16.15 – 18.00 Yin Yoga

18.00-18.15 Refreshment

18.15 – 19.30 Mindfulness meditation or Chanting

19.30 – End  Dinner


All FEES is covered:

  • 5nights accommodation @ In Pai Resort
  • 3 vegetarian meals daily
  • 2 yoga asana practice daily
  • All activities inclusive of daily practice,
  • Morning Chai tea, all day herbal tea and drinking water

  • A workshop to healthy cooking class

  • Free transportation to/from Pai bus station or pai airport

Arrival and Departure date

On arrival: Monday before 15.00hrs.

The first session is 3pm. for orientation as well as yoga practice. We end the first day with group dinner.

The last session is on Saturday, 13.00hrs. There will be continued with a guiding session to sum up what we have learnt and how to keep up self-practice after you finish retreat.

Our location

It resides in the perfect setting nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the Pai Valley. Xhale Yoga centre is situated in an environment that revitalizes, rejuvenates and inspires, just 6 km outside the city center. Our open Yoga sala looks out over the farm fields and therefore accommodates peace needed to insure you opportunity to find some stillness whilst practicing both yoga, meditation and other activities that line up all day.

Yoga Activities

Hatha and Yin Yoga session

Enjoy our daily Hatha Flow classes, suitable for all levels, each morning. Fluid sequencing of postures, linked with the breath revitalize and rejuvenate to physical body, breath & mind. You will aspire to liberate ourselves from trying to attain an ideal, which ultimately allows us to connect with our deeper needs to create our own personal yoga practice with our true nature.

Afternoon classes will unwind with a more gentle Yin poses that focus on healing & letting go.

Both morning & afternoon sequenced asana classes are designed to nourishing and create more space to allow the energy flow and purposely to help you develop your own personal practice after you leave the retreat.

Yoga Philosophy , A Yogic Lifestyle & Simply Living

We will as well address such topics as healthy diet & eating patterns, daily routines that promote mental & emotional peace, communication patterns that foster experiment to promote understanding, and simple living that nurtures balance and self-healing within each moment.


Variations of breathing techniques will reliably produce the benefits of physical well-being.  .  By practicing regularly breath work, helps promote natural breath to go deeper, smoother, longer therefor improving energy wise
